developer has released an update for PS3 tool Spoofer Tool s , thanks to which we can modify the version of the system our PS3 detected to thereby prevent unwanted updates.

Spoofer v5.0 PS3 Spoofer Tool is updated, the current version is 5.0. Now spoofer_pup.exe tools, spoofer_pup_repack.exe, spoofer.exe and a new one, spoofer_pkg.exe are an all in one, a new and improved tool spoofer.exe.

Now you can choose the version and the version of the image of the spoofer and the construction of a PKG with it to install on your PS3, is updated and fixed and other tools (keys.exe and extractor.exe).

spoofer.exe new options are:
help: Displays the information
files: spoof individual files (extractor.exe use or copy files in the spoofed dev_flash).
pkg: Spoofea files and create a PKG.
pup_files Extract files and spoofea PUP *
pup_rebuild: extract the files, spoofea and rebuilds the PUP file spoofed.

* With this option, the files must be copied manually into the PS3.

For example, if you want a spoof with version 4.50 and version of the image and build a PKG 88888 (Remember that go to the folder in the Cygwin console):

. / 04.5000 8888-pkg spoofer.exe 8

You will see a file called PKG Spoofer Enabler and Disabler.pkg with your files spoofed.

This enables / disables the spoof for your CFW to 9.99, just install the right package for your CFW and run it the XMB, you will see the menu and if you want to continue to choose “Yes” or if you want to go choose “No”.

If you continue, the program asks whether to allow the spoof. Should have it already installed and want to disable it on this screen, select “No”. At the time of allowing the spoof, it will back up your files to restore and prevent dev_flash RSOD.
