The front I just wipe with one of these anti bacterial wipes from Lysol or clorox, and it gets completely clean. It even takes off those little black marks.
The inside however…… It is not enough to use a lint roller. Does anyone know if it can be washed gently with a wet soapy rag? I would love to know.

To clean the front I use (ironically) a microfiber cloth with either a mist of non alcohol cleaner or just barely dampen it if it’s not too dirty. To clean the microfiber side, since microfiber is generally easy to clean by itself I use a plush car detailer microfiber cloth for general maintenance cleaning. My gray cover has gotten decently dirty from being used as a stand on so many different surfaces so to give it a better clean I use my suede shoe spray cleaner. The can comes with a plastic brush on the cap. I spray the smartcover and without any pressure I let the plastic bristles do the work. It actually removed a small piece of adhesive which was impossible otherwise. (came from a price tag). Because of the thin structure of the smartcover microfiber, you will eventually wear it thin by cleaning it, how fast or slow depends on how dirty it gets and how much pressure you need to exert.
Not thrilled with the design of using the fiber side as the stand but overall it’s ok. I don’t think it’s going to stay great forever, but I figure when it looks like it’s time to replace, I’ll scrub the fiber off it completely and rely on it as a stand using the screen protector to take care of any damage.
